I can find no way to deactivate this feature through user security. Also, in previous versions, customized invoices, sales orders, etc displayed alphabetically so that by controlling the name, I could control which form appeared first in the list (i.e. became the "default" form). This does not appear to work in 2008. Any advice? So the answer is, through user security, do not provide access to say for example, GL, AP and other modules. So by virtue of allowing users to create these, they get access to ALL sales data, right?
