Seems a basic request but all the lists I look at include lines for all the job names. I've tried filters but only have the option of all customers/jobs or multiple. Multiple doesn't work because it won't update when new customers are added to QB. When I change the filter to active status..list all, I see all of the people in the list with phone numbers and no jobs listed. Can you select the "Modify Report" / Display tab (not filter) and uncheck the offending column? Been one of my peeves for a long time. Unfortunately there isn't a collapse button on the list and QB seems to insist each job is a different customer. I don't have a solution.
