For some reason, my pinvault does not want to cecognize my pin for my
Citi credit card. I know that it is the right one as it has recognized
it before and I have been able to manually access the account on the
web. I just can't download the transaction(s) there. Anybody have any
ideas? I have reentered the pin in the pinvault, and have manually
entered the password as instructed, but am told that it is wrong. All
other accounts seem to work properly.
Help! What happened? How can I fix it? Can I delete a file with the
pin vault in it and start over?

Thanks.

To follow up, I deleted the pinvault and made a new one to no avail.
This seems to be a Quicken problem rather than a CITI problem. John,
you out there??? :-)

Thanks.

Try creating a new Quicken file. Maybe your current one is corrupted. I had
that happen to me and I had to start all over again.

Thanks, Laura, but I think that that might be a last resort
proposition. For as much as I use that card, I'll manually make
entries if necessary. However, there has to be a reason... everything
else seems to work properly. You would think that if one were to crap
out that all would go, wouldn't you? Seems not to want to take any
password for that account at all.

Maybe what I need to do is dissaccociate it with the web and start
over. Not sure how to do that, but maybe that is the next step.

Thanks again for your input.

That may be the solution. You have to change online services - deactivate

transaction download. Then reactivate.

That did it! I'd love to know what caused the problem in the first
place, but the simplest of answers solved the problem! Thanks for your
encouragement!

Glad you got it figured out. I have noticed strange things happen to Quicken
and fixing the problem can be a mystery too. ;-)
