Clients send in flash drives with password. The password is ****** and it
will open. Problem is we have to chase down client to tell them it does not
work BUT they will get back to us "soon"...
IS there any reliable easy to use breaker we could use in our office to
expedite the work..

Lostpassword.com. It costs $$ but you will save on billable hours and
frustration. I beleive it removes the password so if you need to send it
back to your client you will need to set another password.
