I read all of the fixes and cures....none work for me. In the end I
spent an hour with the online chat tech support (seems like it was
based in India) . The poor fellow kept on having me try each of the
three supposed cures that the users posted in various chat groups.
None worked of course. Their final recommendation??? I need to
reinstall Quicken and that will magically solve the problem....

earlier posts are dead-on -- Intuit obviously hasn't a clue what the
problem is, and has no intention of fixing it. Same too, they used to
write good programs. This will be the last intuit product for me and
my clients!
