|
|
Trying to update my financial information on Quicken.com using
one step update. Quicken says I need to register, but each
attempt fails when I get to the web page with the big "Finished"
button.
Downloaded a new password from Intuit so I know that's correct.
Turned off cookie blocking in both IE7 and Zone Alarm Pro.
There's a reported error on line 2 of the web page that follows
pressing "Finished."
I'm out of ideas. Would someone please try resetting their
password just to make sure the web site is working.
TIA

Obvious question: What does it say? What error code?
What Windows version are you running?

Hi R.C. |
Thanks for the reply. I was wrong about the line number in my
original post. But here are the error reports I'm getting.
Line 77
Char: 20
Error. Expected';'
Code:0
URL: http://quicken.intuit.com/registration/thankyou.jhtml
Line 100
Char: 2
Error: Object expected
Code:0
URL: http://quicken.intuit.com/registration/thankyou.jhtml
Line: 1394
Char: 2
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL: http://quicken.intuit.com/registration/thankyou.jhtml
Can you try resetting your password just to confirm the site is
working for you?
TIA

Forgot to answer the other part of your question. I'm using
Windows XP SP2. |
