Good morning from Wisconsin,

I have a client company that has been using QuickBooks Enterprise 2005
now for several years and they never needed the bells and whistles
that came with Enterprise despite what their accountant said, and
would like to downgrade to a newer version of QuickBooks Pro 2008 or
QuickBooks Premier 2008. Is a direct conversion available between the
older and newer versions, or is there a conversion utility available
that would allow them to retain all of their AP/AR, customer info, and
invoice and letter templates?

Thank you in advance,
