We have QB 2008 Professional Service Edition.
When we propose work to a client, we price it for the whole job. We'd
like to still be able to see the line item pricing internally, but
suprerss the data when printing or emailing estimates to clients to
prevent them from shopping and comparing individual items' prices.
Is there a way to surpress lien item pricing and just present a total
at the bottom of the estimate for the entire job?
Thanks, |

Create the estimate with all the details then use the Prepare Estimate
Letter feature and remove any detail lines you want. |
