I have been working with quicken for about ten years and have changed Banks a couple of times during that period but I have never had the problems I am now having with the subject conversion! Corrently I can not download my Visa transactions into my Visa register through quicken . Chase.com and Customer Support are no help, they advise that I go to Chase.com and download my transaction then go to my Quicken soft ware and post each transaction manually to the Visa register. can this be right? Long time quicken user, and have been downloading CC transactions with very few problems for years. I've been through a similar experience with this Chase conversion. After a few phone calls that sent me basically in circles, I made one final call to cancel the account. Done. Who has time for this nonsense? I wish you luck... Bob: If you can see your Quicken credit card when you log into Chase, try this: 1) Customer Center 2) Reference Center 3) Tools 4) Activate Money, Quicken, etc. Once you've done that, try a Direct Connect set up of the credit card download. I did that *exactly* and haven't had a problem. Get the instructions and follow them. Geo.
